Justin Martin
Director of Information Technology & Systems
As Director of IT&S, Justin oversees and manages operations of the information technology that is critical in a modern healthcare facility. This includes maintaining a large assortment of software and hardware required for patient care, communication, and general business functions. For example, EIRMC uses electronic medical records allows nurses and physicians to directly input details the patient’s diagnosis, medical history, and daily treatment into a computer program that more closely tracks patient needs.
Justin’s interest and expertise in technology was honed during his 20-year career with the United States Air Force. He retired from the military in 2008 and worked in IT for several years with the Texas Department of Health, Women’s, Infants, & Children (WIC) program. Justin joined the EIRMC staff in 2004, and has held his current position since 2008.
Justin has been married to Karma for 24 years and together they have two kids.
